We were a customer for 28 days and have a bill for £168. We didn't even have half of our stuff moved in to even use nearly this amount of electricity. Complaints… E.ON said on 4th March 'it is looking into my complaint' but has not contacted me since nor has any request for any payment been made by them since before I paid them in December. Is it too much to expect them to let me know what's going on and (god-forbid) treat me as a valued (ha,ha) customer.
